Approximate Ceiling Heights include raised (9’-10’) at Master BR, (11’-14’) at GR, (9’-10’) at Kitchen, (9’-12’) at DR, Family Rm. Off Bedrooms, Bf. Nook, Utility & Misc Heated Space are Standard 9’. Garage ceiling heights are standard 8’- 9’. Significant increases in ceiling heights are at additional cost and depend upon the overall final design of the home. Features designed in, usage of specialty materials and increases in overall volume may result in an adjustment to your “Base Price” after completion of the Final Plans and before the break ground date. Significant additions of specialty materials such as cultured stone, cast concrete, wood beams/lentils over Windows/Doors are at additional cost.
Home Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Price per square foot is considered the “Base Price” and will be in effect at time of contract unless otherwise specified in writing and subject to the restrictions listed above. Construction Commodities such as Concrete, Copper, Lumber, Sheetrock & Insulation may be indexed at the time of construction and a charge or credit will be included in your final price addendum, addition of this clause shall be in writing at time of contract.
SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING PENDING MUNICIPAL REQUIREMENTS ON NEW HOMES:
The City of Albuquerque, the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Water Authority and the State of New Mexico have all recently enacted ordinances and statutes relating to higher standards of energy efficiency and/or water conservation that will have an upward effect on the price of new homes. How much will depend on when and if these measures are implemented. Increases due to these changes in the law cannot be determined at this time, therefore we have been forced to add a clause to all new home contracts stipulating that the buyer will be responsible for bearing the cost increase as a result of these changes. Our base prices will be changed to reflect the changes once they are known to us.
