Building a Stahr Homes
For many people, figuring out how to go about building a new home is a pretty scary process. Even for those who have been through the process before, the thought of doing it again becomes daunting. I believe in a process that works for both types of client. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of two way communications. My experience as a home builder has shown me that.
Our approach to the new home building process involves a series of interactive meetings that shape the direction of the project. Time is spent in a step-by-step manner to determine the style of home, the floor plan and the amenities that each individual client desires. Some people have a firm concept of what they want while others may need more time and guidance to make their decisions.
Stahr Homes is a full service home builder. By that we mean that we include our design fees in the cost of the home. You are never charged a fee for design up front. We have established lines of credit at 2 local banks. For you that means no trips to your bank to arrange interim financing, a process unfamiliar and unfathomable to many.
All municipal permits, engineering requirements and architectural control submittals are handled by Stahr Homes as part of your new home package. Many other builders do not offer these services and expect the client handle these essential duties. In addition, we always have a lot inventory to choose from
I offer orientation meetings for prospective clients. We don’t necessarily discuss actual design, but rather we review what the entire new home building process requires.
