For many people, figuring out how to go about building a new home is a pretty scary process. Even for those who have been through the process before, the thought of doing it again becomes daunting. I believe in a process that works for both types of client. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of two way communications. My experience as a home builder has shown me that.

Finding the Right Builder
A survey was conducted by a research and polling company a few years back about how new home buyers felt about their homes and the builders who built them. Not surprisingly, 95% of all new home buyers were happy in most ways with their newly acquired abodes. However, 85% of the same people did not like their home builder.
